I just wanted to say, "Thank You!" for putting us in contact with Alvin Lapp, breeder of Joy's Puppies. We drove all the way from Newport News to Gap, PA this weekend to pick up our 13 week old Yorkie puppy and we are so excited. This has been a wonderful experience for us so far. I've didn't grow up with pets so I was a bit worried about this huge transition in my life, but so far it's better than I expected. Mr. Lapp was wonderful and our puppy was well taken care of and we've had an ultra smooth transition in bringing him home. It was a bit rough in the car for five hours. He got a little sick to his tummy, but I think it was due to being nervous about the car ride. Other than that, he loves being cuddled. He has only had two accidents in the house since we arrive home on Saturday night and other than that he knows exactly what to do when we take him out. Although he doesn't like the crate at night, he quiets down after about 10 minutes and then he sleeps through the night. For 13 weeks old and only two full days with us, I think that's FABULOUS! He already understands the word, "no", and stops whatever he's doing when you tell him, no. I was prepared for a difficult puppy experience after reading everything I could on Yorkshire Terriers. I knew that depending on how they were cared for and socialized by the breeder would make a big difference. And I have to say that Alvin Lapp gets a gold star in my book. I highly recommend him and your network to anyone who asks where we got our newest addition to our family. Little MacGregor has been a joy to us already. Thanks again!

I just wanted to let you know what a joy my English bulldog, Bogart (Ruthie & Remington) has been. He is absolutely beautiful, has a wonderful personality, and has captured the heart of everyone in the neighborhood. Although it's been 9 months now that we've had him, I still can say that the process of getting Bogart was easy. I was so pleased to meet the breeder in her home, see the parents on site, the children who helped with the puppies, and the environment in which they had been raised. Luckily I was the first one there and got pick of the litter, so of course I believe I got the best, but I'm sure Bogart's siblings' owners would disagree. Thank you again.

Just wanted to write and let you know that we purchased a boxer puppy from Mr. Stolzfus in October. It was George,one of Rosie's pups and had to let you know that it is the best puppy ever. He is just the best puppy and absolutely gorgeous. We get stopped everywhere we go by people to tell us what a handsome boxer he is. Everyone always wants to know where we got him because he is so good looking. I recommend you to everyone. If anyone is looking for boxers, I completely suggest Christ Lapp. We got our baby-Hoolah- from him, and she is just gorgeous, and training very well! We got Sadie (Barbie) from a wonderful breeder in Manheim, PA. She is an absolute joy in our household. We had lost our lab (14 years) last August and it is so nice to have a dog in the house again. I just wanted to say how helpful your website was for my family. I was in search for a dog for my husband to lift his spirits . He has also talked about getting a lab for such a long time seeing that hunting is a lifelong dream he has had. We took a drive to PA and were going to pick up a black lab. While there we saw a chocolate lab that we instintly fell in love with. We bought him on the spot. Taking the long trip back to CT we really thought was going to crazy and thought the dog might get sick. He just layed there and relaxed all the way home not making a peep lol. We have had him a month now and my whole family is in love. He is a smart amazing dog. Doing normal puppy things but already starting to grow out of most of it. I just wanted to share with you the most perfect pet experience I have ever encoutered. I had called Mr Jesse Kaufmann of Christiana, PA inquiring about one of his Yorkie pups. From the second I spoke with him, I felt nothing but at ease and honesty. We drove to his home on Saturday, and were greeted by extremely loved, well taken care of, bouncy, healthy Yorkie Pups. Jesse helped with all directions to get there, as well. We spent over an hour trying to decide in a relaxed atmosphere with a polite gentleman with absolutely no pressure. I finally chose precious Tessa, we left with all appropriate documents and a bag of her food. She's been nothing but a joy, exactly what I wanted. Healthy, bouncy, eating and drinking so well.
