Just to let you know that we did get a one of Cindy's puppies. We named our male yorkie - Beckham.
My first concern when I contacted you was that it might be a puppy mill. We really wanted to see where the puppies were raised to make sure they live in a healthy environment. We visited 2 families selling their yorkies and we were completely satisfied seeing that the dogs were actually part of the families. They lived inside the house and were not in cages at all. The best part of it all was that the dogs are exposed to children, even little children. So the yorkie we got was used to playing with small kids and knew how to play with my 3 year old daughter.
Not only did we skip having to go through middlemen disguised as petstore who charge exorbitant amount for the dogs, we also got to meet the parents of the puppies. And we know that we got a good quality yorkie!
We are very happy and have been recommending your web site to our friends.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to give you an update on the puppy that we purchased from Crist Lapp and his family. First of all, they were wonderful and their Boxers are absolutely beautiful. Secondly, my sister in law also purchased a Boxer and is quite happy with her as well. I’ve attached a picture of Java at 9 weeks. We can’t believe how much she has grown in two weeks! If you can, please share this picture with the Lapps. The kids absolutely adore her and she has moved in quite nicely. She tried to climb up onto the couch the day we brought her home! Java has also found her bark and has been taking jumps off of the couch, ottoman and deck that just crack us up … she goes straight up into the air and then lands … height but no distance! Our 20 year old daugther adopted a little female Yorkie from Jessie Kauffman two weeks ago. At first, I was thinking what have we done bringing a second dog into our home; we already have a four year old Bichon Frise named Bayleigh. Kelleigh named her little baby girl "Maitland Mae." She has been a delight from the first day we got her. Amazingly, she slept through the first night only waking our daughter at 6:00 am the next morning to go potty. She has continued to sleep through the night in her crate. Potty training with a crate has gone amazingly well also. She is really understanding the process. She has an occassional mistake but she is only 11 weeks old. I was very impressed with how clean and beautiful the Kauffman's property was. The puppies were clean but not freshly bathed just because we were coming to see them. When I asked to see the parents of the puppy Sam Kauffman (Jessie's brother) did not even hestiate to get them for us to see. Both parents were clean,well groomed and very socialized. I could go on and on.............as you can tell we are very pleased with the addition to our family. Bayleigh is still getting used to the idea of having a bouncy little "thing" around. He now chases her around the yard. They take turns chasing each other till they are plumb wore out. This makes for good sleeping through the night. We would highly recommend puppies from Jessie Kauffman. I do believe our puppy was family raised due to her even temperment. We have even begun to teach her how to sit and she has successfully understood the command several times in a row. Maitland was sent directly to us from Heaven via Jessie Kauffman. Thank you Jessie. There are very reputable Amish Breeders in Lancaster County Pennsylvania.

I just wanted to see if there was any way you could get a picture to Missy High or if she has email and I could send her one. We got Robert (now Sulley) from her litter of pups in April. He is now 7 months old and the best dog anyone could ask for. We take him to the dog park almost everyday and he often goes to work with my husband and everyone is always amazed at his mild temperament and happy disposition. I think a huge part of his demeanor is due to Missy's family and the very beginning weeks of his life. I think the kids playing with the puppies along with the nice pen and place they had to play was huge in their overall development. I hope that the other people that got puppies from the litter are just as pleased as we are and we wanted to share a picture of Sulley. If any of the other owners may have shared pics, we would love to see them.
