My wife was just looking on line not even looking for a puppy and came across Melvin's site. The pups looked so loving and healthy we just had to call right away. We talked to Melvin and found that Annabelle was available and she was just the size we were looking for. We picked her up on 1/25 and found the kennel area to be clean and all dogs well taken care of. Melvin was great to deal with through the process. He was willing to answer any questions and do video calls to show the pups. We would definitely deal with Melvin again and recommend him to anyone else. After getting Annabelle home we took her to our vet on Monday and he found her to be healthy and well tempered. Since we live about 3 hours away and the roads were a little windy Annabelle got a little car sick. As soon as we got home we called Melvin and he gave us advice as to what to do. This was definitely a great experience.

I received my puppy today Jan 27th. from Paw Tale Puppies. Melvin was great to work with as I was skeptical purchasing over the internet. I live 4hrs away so he did a live video call. Melvin showed me around the kennels, office and play area. He even brought the mom out when I asked to see her. Everything was nice and clean including the play area and the puppies seemed really happy and playful. Making sure I got a puppy to suite my needs was Melvins goal (I was looking for a calm and friendly, outgoing pup to help my afraid rescue pup), Bichons are hard to come by in this part of NY. He suggested which pup he thought would be a better fit. Payment was made over the phone for the deposit. He immediately sent me the receipt. I sent the full payment through the web. So very easy no Hassel. He was delivered to me at 11:30am today. The transport gentleman was very friendly as well, and Melvin set up the delivery. All I had to do was wait for my puppy. Recently purchased a Mini Goldendoodle from Melvin and I must say he was a pleasure to work with. Melvin was extremely responsive, forthcoming and answered all of my questions. When we visited the location, it was very clean and you could tell “Pearl” who has been renamed Sugar was well taken care of. We were even given a bag of goodies to take home to get us started (leash/collar, toys, and food), a 30-day health guarantee and the puppy came microchipped. Pearl/Sugar is even partially potty trained which is a huge plus! If I’m ever on the market again for a puppy, I would not hesitate to purchase from Paw Tale Puppies!

Today, 9/5/2024, Emma had her first vet visit and she checked out 100% healthy and the vet commented on how clean her ears are. I met Melvin Lapp, Mariann. They are legit dog breeder. We went drove to Dornsife,P.A.. I live in Massapequa.NY. Their place was so clean they are breeding tsi-chon, bichon frise, boston terrier. I got Mairi going 2 mos old. I saw their son holding a boston terrier w/c i thought was a toy it was a live one. They are very nice they even give us the transitional food for the puppy. Their place is clean the puppies are well taken care of.

My family and I adopted an adorable Teddy Bear (Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu mix) puppy named Hope. Melvin is such a great breeder. He really takes care of his dogs and puppies. Hope was so clean and happy when we picked her up. She’s also incredibly well mannered and has been so cooperative during training. Melvin is a gold standard breeder for a reason!

I saw Quebec on Greenfield puppies site and he looked just like our baby who passed away in Sept of 2023. I call Melvin that night and asked if I could come out to see him the next day and he agreed. Very polite over the phone. The facility he has his dogs in is brand new. The puppies were clean but what impressed me the most was that Quebecs mother was groomed and looked very well taken care of. He opened the door to the area where the dogs were kept and all his dogs I could see looked well fed and groomed. When I went to finally get our little Quebec, his wife greeted us. Gave us the paperwork, gave us a bag of puppy food as well as a supplement. She was very polite. The paperwork for Quebec was well detailed with his shots and even his temperment. I recommend him if anyone is looking to purchase a dog.

I bought my puppy here, it's an adorable x-small Bichonpoo. The seller is very enthusiastic and friendly, he will provide you with all the certificates and information about the puppy. And the puppy is very healthy and lively. The seller will also inquire about the puppy's condition after a few weeks, very responsible. I hope you can find your beloved puppy here!

The best experience I’ve had adopting a dog. We all know how intimidating, difficult, and traumatizing this process can be, but this breeder was nothing short of attentive and personable; a man of his word. Hard to come by honest and humble business folks nowadays, so I was pleasantly surprised. Also, my Felix was not kept outdoors in this cold, but rather in a very modern and open concept area with his family and other friends. He is healthy, friendly, energetic, and was happy which was important for me to observe. Melvin is who I encountered and he is excellent. I can’t recommend him enough. His calm and kind demeanor was all I could’ve asked for. Offered information I wouldn’t have known to inquire about even after having pups prior to Felix. I never had a Boston Terrier, so it was nice to learn about diet, temperament, and other nice tips that he organically shared. He is as genuine as they come! These pups are living a happy life and are safe which was one of my biggest concerns not knowing the breeder at first. I highly recommend Paw Tale Puppies to EVERYONE. What a smooth and joyful experience. Driving to PA from MD was a breeze even in this cold weather. Fantastic communication! Melvin still answers my questions about the pups. He cares about his animals, and I would highly recommend him. We received well-socialize, friendly, and happy pups (we got two) who love kids! Our pups fit seamlessly into our people and animal family. We are so happy with our new additions! They received clean health reports from our vet. They also received clear DNA results showing exactly the breeds advertised and that the pups carried zero genetic disorders. Thank you!
