Families often begin their puppy search with a picture in mind: a little dog who can join the household rather than simply live alongside it. Dusty’s Yorkiepoo background offers many of the qualities families look for in that kind of companion, including intelligence, playfulness, alertness, and a strong people-focused heritage.

He is played with by children, giving him early experience with handling and the everyday activity that comes with family life. The combination of Yorkshire Terrier and Toy Poodle also gives families a puppy from two breeds known for being bright and highly engaged with their people.

Dusty’s parents are both 10 lbs. Alex is a Yorkshire Terrier and Daisy is a Toy Poodle, so Dusty is expected to remain relatively small, though adult size can vary.
