For a family hoping to find a small puppy who can grow into the ordinary routines of home, Sidney offers the kind of companion-breed background many people are searching for. Yorkiepoos combine two intelligent, people-oriented breeds and are often loved for their playful nature, alertness, and ability to stay closely connected with their families.

Sidney is played with by children, giving him regular exposure to the movement and interaction that come with family life. His dark coat has warm brown shading that gives him a softer, more varied appearance than a solid black puppy.

His sire, Alex, is a 10 lb Yorkshire Terrier, while his dam, Zoey, is an 11 lb Miniature Poodle. Sidney is expected to remain a smaller companion dog, though adult size can vary.
