Hello. Nice to meet you. My name is UTA ISAWA. I am Japanese and moved to Grand Bahama. I am an artist and live with my boyfriend who is a painter. I am home every day. I would like to adopt an Alaskan Malamute dog into my family. My boyfriend is a hot weather person, so we are always comfortable inside with an air conditioner. The house is on three floors and has a large interior. malamute She[herds need exercise and a big yard to run in occasionally they howl but just one ore two howls nor long ones either. They are a quiet breed unless something is in their yard then they fill blow bark believe me no one will ever surprise you at the door your malamute Shepherd will let you know as soon as the pull in the driveway. Playing laser light in the yard cutting eights with the laser light helps cut the energy in half with mine and they love it. every night for about an hour I play laser light figure eight with them. I have 7 malamute Shepherds and love each one. Big Scooby Doos with some power behind them . They are a very trainable breed. Intelligent and a little stubborn at times but very lovable family breed of dog ,

Picked up a 2 month old male Siberian; but as he started growing; he got very big. The Vet said he was half Alaskan Malamute and half Siberian Husky...wow what a mix; and very intelligent and beautiful. An Exceptional husky; may pal; my best friend. I hope to find another just like him.....

I absolutely love this mix breed! I get so many complements on my dogs coat, coloring and overall physique! He is very well behaved and well tempered around all other breeds! All he wants to do is make new friends and play. The breeder that I got him from was absolutely WONDERFUL! you could really tell that they take pride in raising their puppies. They are brought up by the family and the love and compassion they show these animals is amazing! I would 1000% buy from them again and would buy this breed again!

I had a Alaskan Malimute and a Husky mix greatest and most loyal dog I've ever had I still miss him my Smokey lost him in a house fire. I've never been the same since. If I could afford another I would but my health and surgeries the last 3 yrs have me unemployed. Wish I could find a free one going thru all this they are great companions when your sick. My daughter Heather Wolf has a wonderful Malamute Siberian named Kipnuk . They live in Mammoth Lakes California where Heather teaches snowboarding and writes children’s books about her beloved Kippy . Her books are available on Amazon starting with the first , Kipnuk the Talking Dog . Kippy is a beautiful huge very mild mannered dog who loves everybody . Heather frequently takes him to children’s groups wher she reads her books while Kippy falls asleep while the kids pet him . He is simply awesome !!!

My experience with my malamute, shepard mix has been such a wonderful experience. I named her bellisimo( italian for beautiful) and for short moe. I got her when she was almost a year old and living wild on an indian reservation. I thought for sure it would be a trying and difficult training for her and i, but she proved me wrong. She was very timid and scared, especially tword males. We had a long ride home from Bellinham, wa to McCleary, wa about a 5 hour drive. I had to carry her to the car and comfort her the whole ride. When we had arrived to her new home, she jumped out of the car, used the bathroom and got comfortable inside sleeping next to me on our bed. To my surprise, she woke me up about 5 am nudging me and running back and forth to the door. She was potty trained when she was very small and was only an indoor dog for about 2 months. I have an 8 ft fence on about 1/8 acre she calls her main yard. She has learned all manners with a breeze and is no longer timid. Her temperment is very relaxed and very calm. Shes not high strong and gets along with my 3 year old very well. She has been through alot, but shows absolutly no aggression, even while eating shes as friendly as can be. My experience has been such a delightful one and i know it will be a wonderful life for her and I as we continue growing as a family. She is everything I could have hoped for.
