We have a cocker bichon mix and he has been a joy. He was easy to housetrain and has been a wonderful pet. He looks like a cocker when he is first groomed and becomes a bichon as his hair grows. They do have a cocker personality, so they aren’t always welcoming to strangers.

I had 2, not related and 3 years apart. I think the breed is fun, sweet, and over all very hardy. One lived to be 16 the other 15. The 16 yr. old was from a personal breeder the other was purchased at (dare I say) a pet store in the Mall. I like this breed very much.

We owned Sammy who was a bichon/Shitzu and he was my life. I loved him so much and at ten he ate ? Mushroom and he died. I want another that has more bichon look. He was the best fog I have ever owned, and I have many many dogs in my life. They r my family!!!! I am hoping I can find a reputable breeder, and have read many positive reviews on Greenfield puppies.
