Bandit was our Cairn Terrier mix dog. Truly by far the best pet we ever shared 14.years with. He was smart, Loyal , beautiful, I could go on and on about his remarkable qualities. His passing has left me needing something to do with all the love we shared. I would love to find another similar dog characteristically to share my life and love with.

I kidnapped my Cairn / Rat Terrier mix from my son 12 years ago 😀. He just turned 13 and had to put him down. He weighed 25 lbs. and was the smartest, athletic, fearless, aggressive and protective Dog I’ve ever been around! He loved to hunt but wasn’t a lap dog, to independent. Lucky for him i live on a golf course, a Dog’s heaven on earth! I will Love Rafa Dog forever and a day!!!!!

So far 12 years with annie,my yorkie/cairn terrior. All i can say is this mix is The best! Not sure she can be replaced. Spunky, smart, obedient yet willful, rat kilker, protectionist and territorial, incredibly loyal. Loves to run fields after squirrel...fast sprinter, rock climber and seaworthy swimmer. Fun and love all around.

I have a Cairngi which is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi Cairn Terrier Mix. She is about 15 lbs and super sturdy. Long back, short legs, and large ears. She is also very muscular with a Brindle coat. She is by far one of my favorite dogs that I have ever had! Extremely smart, loving, and great with kids. I trained her to be a seizure alert and response dog. I couldnt be living without her <3Does have a lot of energy and needs exercise. If you don't she reverts back to the terrier ways of digging and puppy like teething practices.
