I have a Cava Tzu doggie. Yogi, he is almost 12 years old. I had his Mommy, a gorgeous Cavalier king Charles Spaniel. He is a wonderful little boy! He is sweet, smart, loving and I couldn't ask for a better companion! I'm in an Assisted living and everyone here loves him! He has quite a following! 😘

Very impressed. Comparable with cats and other family dogs. He did act larger than his size to the point where I was concerned for his well being. He was not afraid to chase dogs four times his size out of our yard , more dump than brave. He was lucky, but he did get along with other family animals. I am considering purchasing anothering another one. In case you were wondering he died a death of natural causes. RJB.

We have been the proud parents of a Cavalier King Charles and a Shitzu, who blessed our family for eleven and twelve years, respectively. They were our hearts. Our Cavalier was Blenheim and our Shitzu was black and white. Our hearts are still broken. We are retired teachers and would so love to love a Cavatzu, Ideally, a male, and it would be a plus if he were Blenheim. The color, however, is only a wish. We cannot imagine a more perfect combination and would appreciate updates on your beautiful babies.....of any age. Thank you for sharing.

I purchased my puppy a couple months ago from a breeder in PA on the Greenfield Puppies sight. The moment I met Clifford, I fell in love. He is smart, attentive, super calm, barely barks, can be left in his crate without any issues, LOVES to snuggle, great with other dogs and LOVES people (especially children!). He came to me almost completely housebroken at 15 weeks & after a couple weeks in his new home, he never had an accident. I did a lot of research while I was trying to make a decision on what breed to get. I work a lot of hours & my schedule is constantly rotating, but I stopped searching after reading/researching the Cava-Tzu. The breed seemed to check every one of my boxes (so-to-speak). I could not be any happier than I am with my lil' sidekick. He has brought so much joy into my (and everyone he meets) life.

Our Wags lives 12 1/2 years. She was the absolute best. Well manured, very loving, very playful, loved car trips, loved to cuddle. She was the best in every way shape and form. She wasn’t a per dog, she was part of our family like a little daughter. The reviews on here about this breed are dead on.

My Maximus is 7 this year. He is the sweetest natured dog (don’t tell him, he thinks he’s people). Easy to train, when we got a Shih Tzu boy , Max trained him to go outside and ring bells to go out. Max is calm, smart, listens, and is my buddy. My mom said he always watches me to be sure I’m ok.
