Yes I did she was with us 12 .5 years and was a devastating time for whole family not only those grew up with her but all family down to great great grandmother 98 my mother we all grieved and still is. We have many long years of blessed memories. So many came into world as she and they grew one in household grew 6 when she came and 18 was she passed on her and another came now he's 8 be 9 may month she passed. I would like to get another cockapoo we know can't be her but we know their personality they are family like your own children from baby puppies they grew like children. She also was sick companion she could feel something wrong and comfort you until help or be by side. They so caring loving very responsible so easy to teach like know what you know recognize words. Very trained our was naturally trained. Her name was Goldie Nicole Surgeon. We had her cremated by most caring funeral home in Glen Burnie Md, I keep her on shelf with family pictures as her picture is engraved in her urn. 🙏🏾🩷

I wanted to come back to Greenfield Puppies to thank you all for changing my life. I was an only child for my first 9 years. My mom found this website and shortly after we got in contact with a lovely family raising cockapoos. I remember that day in 2007 like it was yesterday. They invited us into their home and I picked up a shy little black cockapoo who I named Otis. They told us his parents were named Ricky and Marbles, a poodle and a cocker spaniel. Otis then rested right on my lap and remained there the whole ride home. I finally had the brother I always needed. And might I add he was not shy for long! Otis was full of life and was involved in every single thing our family did, because he was not a dog, he was a brother and a son. He was energetic yet so well behaved, and fairly healthy up until the last few years since he outlived his 12-15 lifespan. Our little boy Otis just passed away in 2024 after 17+ years of unconditional love. Thank you once again Greenfield Puppies and the lovely Amish breeder family in Lancaster who gave our family the most unique, intelligent, loving addition in our boy Otis🐕‍🦺❤️

We love our cockapoo very much. Very very smart dog. Although he is very selfish with his toys. He doesn't get along with other dogs too well. And does not like little children. A very protective dog. He's a keeper for sure but we have to really watch him around our grandkids. I would not recommend this breed if you have small children.

My wife and I have had 3 CockaPoos together. We just lost our most precious Angel on 4/20. They were all very intelligent, loving and friendly dogs. We would never get another breed, because for us, they’re the best. We most likely will go for #4 in time. Once the giant hole in our hearts starts to heal a bit. We know we can’t replace her, but a new puppy always helps you heal. If you have any hesitation on CockaPoos, trust me, they will quickly become part of your family and give you unconditional love!

I've owned quite a few dogs through the years, Cockapoos rate as the most high energy, playful, loving breed I have ever owned. As puppies they just go go go for hours and hours so having time to play is a must. They are incredibly intelligent and almost naturally good with kids. Grooming regularly ever 6-8 weeks is a MUST or their fur will begin to mat up quickly. I wouldn't recommend this dog as an apartment dog unless you live an active lifestyle that gets them out and about. I own two Cockapoo's and am getting my third soon!

We bought a cockapoo puppy from Greenfield in 2018 and he is a wonderful dog -- calm, loving, smart, gentle, and healthy. He doesn't bark a lot, loves people and generally gets along well with other dogs, but he seems intimidated by big dogs. His fur doesn't mat, unlike a pure Cocker, and he isn't a chow hound. I know one dog can't represent the entire Cockapoo spectrum, but I am sold on Cockapoos!

We had a cockapoo for 7 years. The most loving, happy, sparkling eyes. But, unfortunately he developed diabetes and we took our dogs to the vet. But, they kept telling us that we didn’t do anything then he developed ketone acidosis. But, overbite he just kept getting worse. We miss him so much so, we are looking for another little one. He was black with a tuxedo, His top of his head was smooth down to behind his nose then down to his mouth. His ears and rest of his body Hair was curly. With a smile always on his face with his tongue hanging out. He loved to play.

We have had 2 cockapoos our sweet boy Brennen Magee was my wedding gift he was a total luv bug he loved mommy best and sadly passed away last week at 16 years old and we also had his sister MiaBelle lived to be 9 years old she was an absolute hoot a dog with a funny personality she loved to play games with a squirrel it was too cute We lost her 2 1/2 years ago We are for the first time in 26 years without a dog. I have a 15 year old cockapoo named Sam. He is so sweet and a chill dog. Cockapoos love to snuggle and are always there by your side. The only con of this breed are separation issues, when ever I leave Sam cries and pees in the house. But Sam is not aggressive at all and would never hurt a fly. Overall I recommend this breed, unless you aren't home a lot.

Cockapoos are an amazing breed! I had one when I was a kid and I own one now as well. They are great family dogs and are the sweetest. Most of the time they do not shed either which is a huge pro. Amazing breed, small and sweet. Just needs to be socialized properly and understand that they are "watchdogs" and very alert of strangers. I adopted my puppy at 6 months old and not at 8 weeks (I was told he was socialized by the breeder, but he was not) Other than the misconception from the breeder, this breed is amazing. Elliott is a sweet and caring bundle of joy. I love him so much.

Lovely, friendly, loves children and humans, not so interested in other dogs. Playful, loves to fetch a ball, frisbee, stick or indeed anything. Swims, travels well. Perfect dog for us. And no shedding, but needs a clipping 3-4 times a year.Downside- can be a fussy eater, bit of a wimp with any minor illness, developed a shampoo allergy - easily overcome by using hypo allergenic. We got our boy from Paradise Pennsylvania three years ago and love him to bits, very well adjusted dog.

I had my Cuddles for 16 years, just put her down six weeks ago. She was the sweetest most sensitive dog. Wonderful companion dog, smart, very easy to train, sweet with anyone that came to home. We got a cockapoo from Ben Speicher's family and she is just AMAZING. I can't describe her in other ways than that. Her coat is fine, easy to manage, and beautiful. She is also EXTREMELY friendly. In fact, overly friendly. The family we got Isabella (renamed Izzi) from was kind, gave us a sample of the food she was eating, and vitamins to give her. Cockapoos are the greatest! I definitely recommend this breed.

These dogs are just the way they look- cuddly, sweet, affectionate and all the qualities of a best friend. Train well and rarely ever bark. They will try and be your guard dog and bark when someone comes to the door, but once they get some affection they will just want to cuddle.

We just lost our Cockapoo, Riley, last week. He was a joy to have, a friend and wonderful companion. Cockapoos have a lot of energy and the Spaniel in them makes them a lover of never ending fetch games to a point of insane. They have wonderful temperaments but need and crave human attention/interaction. Be careful of their ears (keep them clean and dry) and they are prone to skin ailments. We found ours had allergies, another surprise in the breed, so be ready to pay for higher grade foods, a probiotic and special shampoos. Be prepared for a long term pet, our Riley lived 16 long years and he was a staple in our lives and in our home. The joy he gave us will never be replaced. Emotions aside, I think my rating assessment is fair.
