Casey was a beautiful warm gentle sole from the day she came to us till the day she died of cancer she beat it at five but at thirteen it got into her bones and on April of this year her spine fractured we said good buy I don't think this big C is an issue with collie's but I did know they put the mother down with same at 5. I would get another n a minute if one was offered to me.

We aquired Trimble (now named Bandit) about 4 months ago. He is the most loving dog! Wonderful with kids (ages 9, 8, and 5), adults, strangers, and other dogs! Super friendly but protective at the same time (but not in an agressive way). He loves his walks and being outside. If considering this breed, a large, fenced in yard is a must!
