I purchased my “Newt” from Mr Lapp almost 8 yrs ago and have been so happy with my boy. He is a beautiful Shih Tzu and my pride and joy. He is intelligent, very loyal and just a good sound specimen of a Shih Tzu. I would not hesitate in making another purchase from Mr Lapp.
