We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The Smucker family was incredibly accommodating and kind, and the entire process truly felt like a breeze. The phone calls along the way were so helpful and reassuring, and we always felt informed and comfortable.When we brought Cooper (renamed from Jackson) home, he adjusted immediately and has been absolutely amazing. He slept through the night in his crate on day one and was already so well accustomed to going to the bathroom properly. It was clear how much care, time, and love went into taking care of him before he came home with us. It was also great that he was introduced to children so early on, it makes him the sweet loving boy he is.We are completely in love with Cooper and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’re so grateful to the Smucker family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, caring, and trustworthy experience.

The Smucker Family is simply wonderful. This was the dream experience for getting our new puppy. We loved the photos and videos that gave us a good idea of what to expect. We got to speak directly to the breeder and they were very kind and informative. Driving to PA to get our pup was a breeze and the Smucker Family was so warm and kind and gentle and had all the vaccination paperwork ready to go. They did an AMAZING job with this puppy - he was nearly house trained, as he was used to going potty outside. They even had a health guarantee and the puppy was so healthy my vet was very happy with his first check up. My children have such a sweet memory of going to pick up their new puppy from 'the farm'. Our new puppy, Rico (renamed him from 'Jet') has been well behaved and fits perfectly in our new family. We are first time dog owners, so we were shocked when he slept through the night after one week and always would do his business outside (as long as we took him out often.) Everyone we talk to about our experience is amazed that its been so easy for us. I wish I could give the Smucker family 100 stars.
