Barbie was an absolute pleasure to work with! We were able to meet with the mom and father of our havanese puppy, and she also went out of her way to have multiple phone calls with us to make us comfortable before picking him up. She even provided references for the individuals who got the 3 other puppies in his litter, and they all had glowing reviews on their puppy's health and temperament. Our puppy acclimated extremely well to our family, and she has since checked in to make sure everything went well. She also provided notarized vet records!
