Back in Nov 2019 I bought a puppy from the Stoltzfus’. I’ve had 3 previous dogs that were great in my life. But this puppy turned out to be such a great dog that I couldn’t be happier. He loves other animals (I also have a cat), he’s calm, friendly, loving. The only con is that he has the loudest bark I’ve ever heard in a dog. Lol. But that’s good too. These are great people that raise great puppies. I wish I could get another 4 puppies. Great breeders!!

We visited the Akipoo puppies owned and bred by Chris and Katie Stoltzfus. The family was very kind and welcoming. When we arrived, we were greeted by Taffy, the mother of the pups. She was extremely friendly and curious. I had the pleasure of giving her extra scratches. She had free reign of the property and looked very happy and healthy. The father of the pups, Red, was also friendly and healthy. The dogs were people/dog friendly as there were a few other dogs the family owns. They didn't bark at us at all and appeared to get along very well. Their farm was well kept and clean and all of their animals including their cows and horses were very healthy. The puppy pen was very clean and safe. The condition of the puppies reflected that. I interacted with the puppies for a while and they had very healthy eyes, paws, and coat. I could see that they each had their own personalities. The purpose for my visit was to meet the family and puppies, and to make sure the environment was appropriate for raising and keeping dogs. With all of this in mind, we were very happy with what we saw and the puppies were great.
