We adopted our Puppy 11/30. Crystal was awesome to work with. I had a lot of questions and she was quick to respond to every single one of them. Getting our puppy home it was obvious she was very well socialized and she made herself right at home with our other dog.

We adopted Seamus from Crystal on 11/09. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless transition from home to home. She was always responsive and quick to answer questions! We adopted our puppy Franklin from Crystal on 11/16 and the process was beyond amazing. We live in CA but she was able to put us in contact with someone who could fly them out to where I was. The whole process seemed that it would be stressful but it was not! She was so willing to answer all my questions even now 2 weeks later she still checks in! Our puppy Franklin is the healthiest most loving pup ever. I 100% recommend her!!!

I picked up my super cute St. Bernard puppy from Crystal about 2 weeks ago. The process was seamless. Crystal was very attentive to my messages/questions throughout the process.
