Ever had a bad experience with a business? I can safely assume that the answer would be yes. We all have. Bad incidents or accidents are bound to happen because they are unexpected and sudden. Well, a good way to judge a business is how they react to adversity. David addressed an issue (not worth mentioning) and went over and beyond to make us whole. He cares about his patrons and pets.
