I had the pleasure of adding 2 puppies to my family from Joel. Last winter, I had contacted him about a puppy and had a wonderful experience with my healthy lil fella. I decided to reach out again about an additional puppy over the summer and he followed up with me. His client service skills are excellent and he truly care about the puppies. His communication and thoughtfulness were superb. He explains everything and responds very quickly. No issues at all.
