Stay Away! We purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy from Julia a little less than a year ago. Our dog developed really bad hip dysplasia when he was about 5 months old. Verified by an orthopedic surgeon and our local vet. We requested proof of genetic testing and over the course of months was given excuses as to why they couldn’t provide them. He has since developed a lot of other medical issues, it hurts watching our dog suffer with medical issues that could have been avoided with good breeding practices. The breeder communicated with us up until the point that we requested a refund per our contract, or an extension to the contract for reimbursement for future treatment which they’ve agreed too. Once we requested written action, the breeder disappeared and stopped responding.Be aware of who you are purchasing from.
