Communication was clear and consistent, which made us feel confident and at ease. He was also just a genuinely kind and helpful person. We brought home our puppy Mason (now named Benji), and we are absolutely in love! He’s healthy, happy, and has the sweetest temperament. We’re so grateful for such a smooth and positive experience.
