They were thorough in walking us through each step, answering all of our questions, and making sure we felt prepared and comfortable bringing our new puppy home.Communication was excellent, they were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure the transition went well. Our puppy was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. It’s clear he was well cared for, and we could see the love and attention that went into raising him.We are completely in love with him already and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
