My husband, family, and I were ready to welcome a new puppy into our lives. We came across one of Mahlon’s beautiful puppies and I put a call out to him. Mahlon was responsive with his phone call back to me. We live 10 hours away, so I had a lengthy list of questions. Mahlon was both patient and forthcoming with answers, which I appreciated. That week, we had a FaceTime session where we got to “meet” our potential girl, and ask even more questions. We felt comfortable moving forward and made the road trip (Maine to Pennsylvania). Mahlon greeted us outside at 4:30 am! He allowed us ample time with the puppies, to ensure we were happy with the one we picked. All puppies and momma were happy, healthy, and well socialized. Their living quarters was impressively clean, with lots of space to run and play (indoors and outdoors). Mahlon sent us with plenty of puppy food, a make shift leash (since we forgot to bring our own, oops!) and tomatoes from his garden. While on our ride back to Maine, we received a call from Mahlon stating we accidentally overpaid him. He apologized for overlooking this, and mailed the difference the following day. To say I am impressed with this Breeder is an understatement. He’s kind, honest, responsive, patient, and accommodating. As for the puppy we picked: I attached a pic for all to see our newest love, Winnie (formerly known as “Fable”). She has the sweetest disposition, just like her fur momma (Aleah). We are beyond satisfied with Mahlon, our puppy, and our entire experience. Without question I rate Mahlon: 10/10 and highly recommend!

This breeder was truly amazing. My grandmother was looking for a mini golden doodle and after many calls to other breeders, this was the first one who answered my call right away. He was very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. Upon going there to pick up one of his female puppies we noticed how clean and well kept everything was. He greeted us outside and walked us in where the puppies were. The mother of the puppies was so sweet and came right up to us. The puppies were clean, happy, and not skiddish whatsoever. Everything went so smoothly and the owner and his wife were truly amazing. One of the calmest well behaved puppies we have ever gotten and just the sweetest little babies. We will definitely be going back for future puppies!
