Daisy was perfect. There simply isn't anything else to say. Her offspring was a complete clown. Having had non Chinese breeds most of my life just thought they were a little weird. In fact there is not a smarter dog on the planet. You need to learn their body language. They will tell you exactly what's happening from their perspective. You need to gain their cooperation and you need to cooperate with them.

We adopted a lab mix small puppy that grew up to be 30 lbs. She (pouky) died nearly two weeks ago and we still miss her a lot. Hubby and I are looking for another puppy. We are both retired and are active 79 years old. We own our home with 3 acres of property. Poukey was mild mannered and so loving and easy to train. We would like one a little smaller 15 to 20 lbs. Do not want one with short paws.
