About the Lagotto Romagnolo
Lagottos are a rare and unique breed in the United States, often compared to Portuguese Water Dogs. Typically maturing between 30–40 lbs, they make excellent companions for active families who love the outdoors. Known for being affectionate, obedient, and highly trainable, Lagottos are eager to please and make wonderful family dogs as well as watchful protectors of their homes. Their hypoallergenic coats are another bonus, making them an ideal choice for many households.
