I’ve owned a Lhasa/Yorkie mix for 13 years and recently just had to put her to sleep sadly due to her having cancer. She was the absolute best and smartest dog I have ever seen! People always was asking me how I trained her to do so many things? The truth, I really never trained her at all. I just told her to do whatever and she just did it! Really never needed to have her on a leash except to just obey laws! Otherwise she followed my commands to a tee always regardless what distractions were present. People that knew her always commented how self sufficient she was. Even when living near busy roads I could trust her to go outside on her own and she would never go out in the road or try to cross it no matter what was happening on the other side of the road? She also loved riding with me on my Goldwing motorcycle and we rode hundreds of miles together and never any problems! She was extremely protective of me, she would bite someone that would try to shake my hand if I was holding her. Being I got her while I was single, it took quite a while for her to accept a woman in my life. She didn’t want to share me if she could help it. I could literally go on talking about her all day long and still have more to say about her! She was a angel and a princess named Molly! If all Lhasa/Yorkie are like my girl, you can’t ever get a better dog!

I had a “Schnapso”, Schnauzer/Lhasa Apso mix. Best dog I EVER had. It’s been 38 yrs since Casey passed. I’ve owned 7 dogs since and I loved them all with my heart. But Casey and I shared a bond like no other. I would love to find another Schnapso. I’ve never seen that mix before or after.
