All puppies will have a full health check prior to leaving Sweet Creek Doodles. Should puppy be found to have a life-threatening congenital defect as listed above, by said puppy’s first birthday, the puppy may upon written and conclusive diagnosis containing the congenital defect and a description of the puppy in questions from a veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for another puppy of equal value when one becomes available or reimbursement of one third of the purchase price within 12 months from the time the replacement was warranted
