About 12 years ago my husband picked up o little puppy someone had dropped off along a lonely country road-miles away from anything. Ww took her to the vet and the vet said the pup was about 5 weeks old. He said she was a ”Heinz 57” - he guessed schnauzer, poodle, & possibly terrier., She proved to be the most loyal, loving, playful, smart, happy dog I’ve ever encountered. We had such a strong bond. She grew to be a solid 20 pounds. She lived to be 10 years old. I’ve been looking for a mix breed like her for 3 years now but It has been hard to find that special mix breed. If anyone can help me find a mix like her, please let me know!

Our Walzer will be 14 in March. He is the smartest and the most popular dog we have ever had. Every one that meets him falls in love with him. He is very lovable and kind. He loves to play and watch TV. Training was a breeze. House broke in 2 days. We will have another when he is gone as he doesn't like other dogs or cats. Loves people of all sizes though.

I have 2 mini Schnauzers, I also had 2 in previous years. My 2 now are both in heart failure. Not looking for a replacement and addition to make the time easier when it comes, this might sound strange but I want the dogs to see Ilk be happy. My dogs are like little humans, lol. It's just my husband and I and I am home all day. I only have $500 to spend. Was hoping something was available in that range. My dogs are purebred but I can't afford 1000$+ for a pet right now. Hoping a mixed breed, like chihuahua, poodle, maltese etc. The mixed breed are so cute and would be a welcome member of the family. I used to groom dogs so have seen many mixed breeds. My beloved Emily passed away yesterday. She was a schnauzer terrier mix and the most loyal dog I have ever had the privilege of owning. She was a very good judge of character and very protective. She was careful who she made 'friends' with - and loved her human family. She got along well with other dogs.
