I have had my SheltieDoodle for a little over a month and it was definitely love at first sight. My Murphy is sooo smart, sooo cute and sooo lovable! He has hair, not fur so there is no shedding but he will require grooming. He can be a picky eater but I think it’s because he doesn’t want to miss anything! He has fit in nicely with my other two dogs and has adapted nicely to our routine but he does have separation anxiety. All in all though he has been a gem and a wonderful addition to my family. .

Have had our Sheltiedoodle for a year and a half. I have had 4 shelties over the past 30 years and I love their intelligence and their loyalty, but they shed so badly, I wanted to try a doodle. Maze has been easy to train and is an excellent house dog. We travel in a motorhome and she loves traveling. She's 25 pounds and solid. She's usually quiet and loves belly rubs. I would recommend this breed, but they're active, not recommended for small places, they need running room.

Take #2. This breed is amazing. We have an 11 year old Sheltie Poodle. She is super smart, sweet, and perfect. We just adopted a Sheltie Poodle puppy from Greenfield. Our pup was very shy at first but after a few days his personality came out. He is just as smart and sweet as our older dog. Bonus is they get along great. Our home has 2 hearts. Highly recommend the breed.

I adopted a sheltidoodle and are in absolute love. This breed is amazing. I have always been a large breed person and decided to research and look at other breeds and found this gem. Guinness has been the best puppy I am beyond happy with the breed and will definitely get another in the future.

I have the best dog ever, who is now 16 and slowly fading. He has the sweetest temperament. I don't think I've ever met a person who didn't fall for him right away. He has always been around cats and kids and is great with both, even at his advanced age. He was relatively easy to train, and I looking to find another Sheltiepoo/Sheltiedoodle when the time comes, which will sadly be too soon. Their coat does take a lot of care, and I suggest learning to groom them yourself, with an occasional trip to the groomer for a first-rate job.

Our puppy was born in Dec. 2017, & we picked him up in February. He is an absolute delight, he has a lot of Shetland sheepdog personality traits! (We had 2 Shelties in the past.) He loves us & our cat! He was easily house broken & is well behaved. Shedding is very minimal. Would highly recommend the combination of a Shetland Sheepdog /poodle breeds.

My Sheltidoodle is 1 year old now and I can say this is one of the best breed combinations I have ever had. My dog is intelligent, easy to train (although stubborn), and has the best attributes of both a small and large dog. He weighs in at around 10 lbs and does not shed at all, though his fur does mat easily. He will run around playing and fetching for hours then immediately come in and cuddle on the couch. He loves people and dogs, I use him as an emotional support dog which he is perfect for. He is the sweetest boy and I highly recommend this breed to everyone!
