I love Greenfield Puppies, Mike you are awesome. Mike helped me surprise my sister with a German Shepherd puppy ( by the way, the puppy and my sister are in love with each other. My sister said it was love at first site). I thought this was going to be a painful, take a lot of time to do experience, Mike made this process so painless and easy and we had a puppy flown down to Florida in just a few days. Thank you so much for all your help and I would definitely get another puppy and I already highly recommended this to all my friends and family.

Hello Mike, We are glad to finally have Ember with us!  As far as the good you made the process very easy taking care of getting her to the airport, booking the flight etc.  I am glad you reached out to me in the beginning because I wouldn’t want her stuck in a crate for days.  The communication from you was very good, and you answered all my questions.  The only negative thing I have to say is when I picked her up the crate smelled terribly from feces and urine from the trip.  I understand when she is out of your hands that the airlines cannot take the animals out anywhere to use the bathroom and it’s just the nature of the trip.  Which makes me glad we chose to fly her and she wasn’t stuck on a van for days.

The initial response to my first inquiry was fast, which I appreciated. I appreciated the additional communication regarding picking up the puppy after hours in the baggage claim area. That part was super easy and quick.
