They informed me of any changes due to the weather in the flight, as our little angel had to stay in a doggie hotel that was arranged by Greenfield due to the flight was delayed, they gave me the number of the hotel, and I was able to check on my puppy. June 10, 2024I worked with greenfield puppies to get a pom from PA to CA. The breeder is Amish so it was hard to get photos or videos while waiting for my puppy but she was so communicative throughout the whole profess via phone. I was very pleased with Rachel Esh breeder. She scheduled all vet certification for the puppy and got her ready for flight.I received my puppy yesterday at SFO and was able to track her along the way and received her in a crate. I was nervous of her flight as she is 11 weeks and only 2.5 lbs. ( I had to wait after 8 weeks for her to gain some weight before flight) She had one stop and had water along the way. She seemed perfectly fine with no stress after retrieving her from AA cargo. I was very pleased with the service and am so excited about my new pom puppy!!Thank you again! I am happy with the way the process worked to get my puppy across the country. The staff at Greenfield Puppies were very responsive and easy to work with. I would use them again! My puppy arrived on time and best of all healthy and happy. Not being familiar with the airport they chose, I called the airline for directions to the office where I would pick up the puppy. Since the pick up location was not near the regular passenger pickup location it was very helpful to make that call ahead and stay on the line until they found someone who could help me. Overall I am happy with the process, pricing and my sweet puppy.Thank you!
