I was lucky enough to find the Green Field Puppy website. The puppies advertised were all cute. I found my breed and chose the puppy of my dreams. He is Lincoln, a Cavachon puppy. This was my first experience buying a puppy, and that too with a shipping experience. I was a bit nervous. But my choice proved to be a wonderful experience. The breeder is also a top-rated one. The shipping experience I had with Greenfield Puupy was satisfying. Everything is kosher. My puppy came in a strong carrier with food and all the necessary info I need to know about taking care of him. Lincoln, my pup, is healthy. He is an adorable one full of love and joy.

I began viewing Wren (renamed as: Jackie Athena Calvillo) almost immediately after my previous JRT passed. Wren was 23-24 weeks old. I paid Eli Zook on the 14th of August going inside the USPS to send his cashier’s check PRIORITY MAIL so he’d receive it ASAP, by Wednesday, August 16, 2023. I texted him proof of payment with the picture of the cashier’s check and left him a couple of telephone messages waiting for him to call me back confirming he received payment. I finally did receive a confirmation of payment from Eli Zook and a message that Wren required another veterinarian check and he was unaware of that as if he wanted me to pay that extra fee. I left several messages with Eli advising I paid extra money to expedite his payment so he’d have it by Wednesday, 08/16/2023 which he did.

So, the bad was the wait for Wren. So after a couple of extra weeks, Wren was examined by the vet there for her flight approval. You Mike and your staff were up-to-date with what was going on with Wren and preparing to ship her to me once NOT the payment being confirmed, but her FINAL VET CHECK was performed and her papers were appropriately available. Gladly, I received a text from you stating YOU were going to pick up her final veterinarian paperwork to have her safely board on cargo with American Airlines. You even went the extra mile and took a photograph of her Monday, 08/28/2023 night.

I thank you for putting up with me and my mood swings – understanding I was close to canceling and wanting a refund because of the difficulties in having Wren cleared for her flight. It wasn’t that the payment was lacking, it was that she needed to be appropriately vet checked (or cleared for her flight). You saw to that, that she had her proper vet paperwork as required by law.

I have never had the experience of purchasing from Greenfield Puppies and don’t ever want to go through that ordeal. On the other hand, I/we can look at this as a learning tool, the experience which you turned what seemed a long wait from negative into a quick and positive resolution. The best part was when you sent me the photograph and I awoke from a nap witnessing she was actually getting shipped when I checked my texts about midnight for Tuesday, 08/29/2023.

You provided a quick service. You were willing to refund me understanding my frustration with the wait time with Eli Zook, breeder and/or were willing to provide the answer I was seeking which was to have Wren shipped to me. You provided a “full service,” which has not really been heard of lately. Great customer service as your staff – was aware of the situation, compassionate and understanding why I was calling about Wren. * I recommend your shipping to any breeder because you took the appropriate measures to ensure my new puppy flew SAFELY as required by law and even went above and beyond your job by ensuring Wren was cleared for her flight and going to her vet to receive the proper paperwork!

What a great experience! The entire process was dialed-in. Timely communication throughout the entire process, and the puppies arrived happy! They had a packet of food, bottled water, and records. Highly recommended, and the entire process exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience! It was a little difficult to drive the extra distance but with the heat wave coming through are area, we are grateful we put the puppys safety first! We appreciate the prompt responses and making it a really easy/ great experience!
