Greenfield shipping team was excellent. Very easy to work with, great communication.  Only difficulty was no easy phone number to call but they responded to emails quickly.  So far we have a happy little puppy.

My family recently worked with Greenfield Puppies to find and bring home a Labrador puppy from PA! The entire process was seamless & the shipping team especially was very responsive. They were in constant contact with us and the breeder making sure everyone was updated. Shipping a puppy in the summer can be challenging especially to Florida, but they were able to get our puppy scheduled on the first evening flight just a few days after we chose our new puppy. On the day our puppy was scheduled to arrive there was flight delays, Mike was watching the status and updated us on the delay immediately! I was very impressed, especially since it was a late flight! The shipping team at Greenfield Puppies goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of! We would most definitely choose Greenfield Puppies again in the future!

I am a returning customer from California after fours years.  I came back to use Greenfield Puppies because they are legit and make it easy to work with.  My first puppy was a miniature Poodle that was great quality in personality and genetics, my second is also a toy poodle.  I would definitely use Greenfield again.

The shipping process was actually quite simple. The shipper communicated the process thoroughly and responded to all my emails promptly. He gave specific instructions and told me to call the Airline prior to picking up. I failed to call the airline thinking I could simply go to the airport and ask where the priority parcel counter was. I went to the airport and searched such counter but off course the airport was chaotic and there was nobody who knew. I had to google the number of the airlines priority parcels and was able to talk to somebody who gave me the address where I would pick up the puppy. Turns out that the place to pick up the puppy was at another building so I wasted money on the airport parking and had to drive another 5 minutes to the location. This was all my fault for not calling ahead. However, I would suggest that the number to call be provided by the shipper
together with the pick up instructions. Other than my failure to call ahead so I would have the exact locations for pick up, I appreciate the shipper for responding promptly to my emails and taking care of me throughout the whole process. The price was quite reasonable. The puppy came in a large kennel. Thank you for my puppy!
