I would definitely recommend you guys to friends and family. The shipping team was very fast at responding to any of my questions or concerns that we had through the process and you guys made it very easy and clear for us through this whole thing. We are super excited to pick our puppy up tonight!

I would have to say that my wife and I were hesitant in purchasing puppies out of state because of the uncertainty in either shipping the puppies or flying out to pick them up.  After much deliberation, we finally selected our dream puppies and decided to utilize the shipping process through Greenfield Puppies to get them to Colorado.  While being nervous throughout the process and continuously thinking something would go wrong, everything went perfectly and we now have our wonderful puppies in our arms.  We both could not be any happier with Greenfield Puppies, their shipping process, and all of the people involved in getting our puppies safely to us.

We are happy to Mike, especially in light of the absolutely opposite experience we had with American Airlines cargo than current online reviews reflect.

Our puppy was received within an hour of his eta. He was in good shape, if tuckered out and a little spooked from his trip. That was expected, and with our drive home he had time to adjust a bit.

His crate was new, well-appointed with papers and food and water provided. His vet papers and records were attached to his crate.  He didn’t rush out but that’s his personality.

The cargo folks in Denver could not have been nicer to work with, four staff were at the counter, and no one waited long once the puppies arrived from the terminal handlers.

Each was handled carefully and the staff moved them around with due care. It was a nice experience all the way around.

I would like to say thanks for helping with the transportation of Smokey. He has been an awesome addition to our family. Picking him up from the airport was flawless. The overall time from arriving and leaving with him was less than 30 minutes. The care in which you provided him from PA to TX was outstanding.
