Mike was fantastic to work with and helped us get our puppy in spite of major issues with the airlines. Our puppy’s first flight was canceled due to weather and Mike ended up having to take the puppy up and back to the airport and make sure he was OK the entire time. The flights finally worked out the following week and Mike again picked up the puppy at 5:00am to get him to the airport. Things looked like everything was going to be OK until the plane had mechanical issues and ended up sitting on the runway for over 4 hours. Mike snapped into action and helped get our puppy off the plane and completely rescheduled so that we could get him that day. It was an enormous amount of work and Mike was in constant communication with us. He really made us feel comforted through the entire stressful situation with the airlines. Our puppy arrived a little dazed but in great shape and he has been a terrific puppy. Mike made it all happen and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. He gets a 10 out of 10 in our book. He made the whole process incredibly positive in spite of so many stressors related to the airlines. We would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to get a wonderful new family member!

We got our cute cockapoo from a breeder through Greenfield. The breeder already had our puppy vaccinated and dewormed. However, because we live in Texas, we had to have our furry family member shipped over from Pennsylvania. Mike from Greenfield handled all of the flight plans. We recently shipped our sweet puppy, Kat, with Greenfield and the entire process was a breeze! Greenfield took care of everything, including required paperwork, and notified me of what to expect & when she would arrive.
I simply paid via the payment link & arrived at the airport “special packages” area to pick up Kat. It was easy & fast.
Greenfield is familiar with the health and safety issues surrounding shipping pets, so I felt secure shipping my puppy through them. We had no problems and Kat arrived safe & sound!

Hi Mike!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with our new dog being shipped via a plane. I have to grab the entire process was super easy. The organization of payment and delivery was seamless. The communiqué prior to delivery and want to expect was spot on and when we went to the airport to pick up our puppy, it was super easy! The crate, food, paperwork was so appreciated.
